Terms & Conditions
Sattva Earth operates as a private land sanctuary and conscious retreat space grounded in ancient Gurukul wisdom, zero-concrete eco-architecture, and absolute nature preservation. By submitting a reservation or entering our sanctuary grounds, guests agree to respect and adhere to the following sanctuary guidelines and operating terms.
1. Reservation & Private Booking Standards

Inquiry & Availability: Reservations are processed individually through direct curation to ensure low-density occupancy and absolute quietude across the land.

Confirmation & Access: Booking confirmations are finalized upon receipt of full advance payment. Due to our strict privacy and security protocols for residing high-net-worth guests, exact GPS coordinates and gated entry instructions are issued exclusively upon confirmed reservation.

Capacity Limits: Unregistered visitors or drop-in guests are strictly prohibited on sanctuary grounds at all times.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Advance Notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date are eligible for a credit transfer toward a future stay within 12 months (subject to availability).

Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or early departures during an active stay, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable due to our low-density chalet allocations and custom Sattvic meal preparations.
3. Sanctuary Code of Conduct & Gurukul Ethos

Digital Detachment & Noise Policy: Sattva Earth is dedicated to deep mental recalibration and natural acoustic purity. Guests are asked to maintain ambient silence, utilize low-volume audio, and practice digital mindfulness in all communal spaces, shalas, and forest trails.

Non-Concrete & Land Stewardship: Guests are required to treat our handcrafted bamboo architecture, living structures, and permaculture soil with care. Any intentional damage to raw natural elements, flora, or structural bamboo will incur restoration fees.

Alcohol, Substance & Smoking Standard: To preserve the energetic purity, pranic vitality, and safety of our eco-sanctuary and native bamboo architecture, smoking, illegal substances, and non-Sattvic intoxicants are strictly prohibited across all private and communal areas.

4. Dietary & Sattvic Cuisine Protocol

Pranic Dining: Meals served at Sattva Earth are strictly plant-forward, organic, and cooked fresh daily using farm harvests and traditional wood-fired mud chulhas.

Outside Food: Outside non-vegetarian food or commercially processed products are not permitted on sanctuary grounds to maintain environmental integrity and soil-microbiome harmony.

5. Discretion, Anonymity & Media Policy

Guest Privacy: Respecting the total privacy, peace, and anonymity of fellow guests, leaders, and residing seekers is a fundamental condition of stay.

Photography & Commercial Content: Personal photography is permitted within private chalets. Commercial photography, drone recording, or filming fellow guests without explicit written consent from sanctuary management is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Nature Immersion

Natural Terrain: Sattva Earth is situated within the pristine forest canopy of the Western Ghats. Guests acknowledge that the sanctuary features natural stone paths, streams, forest decks, and organic terrain. Walking barefoot or participating in outdoor immersions is done at the guest’s own discretion.

Personal Belongings: While the sanctuary provides a secure, gated environment, management is not liable for lost or damaged personal electronics or valuables left unattended in forest areas.
